I had a pretty good stay at Wellness Stay & Hotel Sukhumvit 107. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was well-prepared. The only downside was that the room could have been cleaned better, as I found a few items left behind by previous guests, which was a bit off-putting.
